Our commitment to ethics and quality requires us to establish policies and procedures designed to provide reasonable assurance that our organization provides adequate protection for anyone who, in the course of their work or professional assignment, detects a manifest breach of the International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM 1), serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, and reports them through the mechanisms regulated by Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory and anti-corruption infringements.
AUDRIA’s Board of Directors understands that this Internal Reporting System guarantees the informant’s anonymity and confidentiality and, consequently, any employee or associate may report any action contrary to the regulations that comes to their knowledge without fear of reprisals.
